Apple Surette, 16 fl oz
Surette is a French-Canadian word used to describe a slightly acidic flavor and also describes the bright colors of sour candy. Our Surette is made from various local apples and mother Malic, then reduced to a thick consistency making for a great balance of acidity and sweetness.
The Surette team wants to pave a new road and discover naturally occurring sour flavors in America, which will, in turn, help us to develop natural extracts from plants and fruits encountered on a daily basis, yet whose potential goes unnoticed.
We hope to uncover new culinary territories within the natural and human environments of this land we call home.
