Chabichou du Poitou
Chabichou du Poitou is one of the older French cheeses. Made in Poitou region located halfway between Paris and Bordeaux. Chabichou has a wrinkled skin and a dense, chalky paste that melts in the mouth. Delicious and firm, with a lingering, tangy finish. Pairs beautifully with most white wines.
