Black Summer Truffle Sauce
Cultivated mushrooms, summer truffles and extra virgin olive oil: these are the perfect ingredients for a fine quality product. The ingredients are all used fresh and never frozen and prepared with freshly pressed olive oil. When using this sauce as a spread on toasted bread, add a few drops of lemon juice, vinegar, and a hint of garlic as a finishing touch. Ingredients: champignon mushrooms (agaricus bisporus), extra virgin olive oil, Black Summer Truffles (Tuber Aestivum Vitt) 6%, parsley, salt, garlic, flavouring. Sterilized product. Does not require refrigeration until opened. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 14 days.
Suggested use: Spread on toasted bread or tossed with fresh pasta
