Skillfully smoked in small batches, our all-natural, sustainably-raised fresh–never frozen–salmon is cured with locally-sourced, organic Crown Maple® syrup infusing the salmon’s tantalizing smokiness with a sweet maple flavor. Vacuum packed in a resealable pouch for snacking on the go! Also great added to a salad or served on the side with scrambled eggs in lieu of bacon.
