Description
This new product is obtained from a prestigious variety of salt added to the precious black tuber. The grey salt of Guerande is handpicked from the Guerande (FR) salt pan of the Atlantic Ocean and with the addition of Black Summer truffles it becomes a valuable condiment for hot or cold dishes. It is excellent served on fish or meat fillet, eggs and omelettes. We suggest adding a pinch of this salt before serving. Ingredients: grey salt from Guerande, dried Black Summer Truffles (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt.) 0,3% (equal to 1.5% of fresh black truffles), flavoring. *Product also available with White Truffle option.
