Marieke Gouda is an award-winning raw cow's milk cheese produced on a Dutch family-owned farm Wisconsin. It is carefully cured on imported Dutch pine planks in temperature- and humidity-controlled aging cellars for nine months, producing a rich full flavor with caramel overtones.
Its creamy texture with crystallization deposits pair well with a spicy red or Zinfandel.
