Made using Spanish sherry vinegar matured in Tuthilltown single grain bourbon barrels. These are the same barrels Noble uses to age the 100% pure amber grade maple syrup found in Noble Tonic 01. Noble Tonic 03 maintains a 6% acidity and has a truly unique flavor profile. You will find this custom crafted vinegar versatile and nuanced, with hints of maple, bourbon, oak and of course the nutty rich flavor of sherry.
