Volzhenka Oscietra is celebrated for its layered, nutty complexity and refined character. Prepared using a traditional Astrakhan salting method, it comes from sturgeon that take up to 15 years to mature. The grains are smooth and velvety, ranging from warm amber to deep mahogany; a spectrum of color that has earned Oscietra its reputation as the ‘Gold Standard’ of caviar.
