Excellent Product!
This is what I was used to in my youth. This is the lightly smoked, tender, somewhat briny lox that I was served by the local Jewish delis where I lived. No more do I have to put up with the dry, chewy, oversalted supermarket lox. This is the real deal.

I purchase Castmo Salmon often. Love the thickness, tender and not to pronounced profile taste. Must say though, that a couple of times I have received the product not perfectly sealed. At first sight package looks fine but vacuum is somehow lost or not properly performed and a good part of the product was dry.
