Premium cuts of fresh Atlantic salmon are selected and smoked using fruitwood, resulting in a delicate, silky, and lightly fragrant smoked salmon.

Whole smoked salmon sides are available sliced or unsliced (+/- 2.5lbs each).

Ingredients: Atlantic salmon, salt, sugar, and hardwood smoke.

Storage: Keep at or below 38°F. Once opened store in an airtight container or plastic wrap for up to 7 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months
